Welcome to the team: Local IT Support Intern (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Understanding of the overall concept of the bank, including the brand, customer, product goals, etc;
- Rotating through our divisions of responsibility when needed and provide ideas;
- Providing entry-level professional services to the day-to-day operating objectives of the unit;
- Participating in various projects and their planning, that are designed to develop new professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization;
- Receiving guidance, training, and mentoring from the specialists in the team in planning and carrying out activities and assignments;
- Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or IT-related field;
- Basic knowledge of and initial experience with PowerShell scripting;
- Basic knowledge of Windows client operating systems, SCCM, Microsoft 365 applications & cloud services, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA);
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory concepts, including users, groups, authentication, and access management;
- Basic understanding of Unified Communications systems and concepts, including collaboration, voice, video conferencing, and meeting room technologies;
- Strong interest in developing skills in IT support, technical support, and desktop support;
- Highly motivated to learn, develop new technical skills, and build a career in IT;
- Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
